We proactively manage employees' health and wellbeing in all parts of the UK and have an extensive experience within a wide range of sectors. Our OH provision is primarily delivered through a team of dedicated Occupational Health Advisers, who are all registered general nurses with a post graduate qualification in occupational health. We ensure that our Clients are provided with professionally delivered services to meet their needs in all aspects of occupational health at work including New Starter Health Assessments, Management Referrals and Health Surveillance, as well as Employee Wellbeing.

New Starter Health Assessment
Having all the information you need to proactively manage your employees’ health from the moment they join your organisation, may help you to minimise the likelihood of their long-term absence in the future. As a result you could reduce costs associated with absenteeism and prevent negative impact on the continuity and performance of your business.
The service also helps with an early identification of those in need of assistance or extra protection in accordance with The Equality Act 2010. Management Referral Service

The service is delivered by fully qualified OH Advisers and Physicians with expertise in managing sickness absence cases. Our aim is to help you to work towards reducing employee absenteeism, reducing recovery lengths, tackling presenteeism and promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace. We offer assistance with a wide variety of health issues that managers may wish to gain assistance in understanding, for example:

Health Surveillance
Health and Safety Executive (HSE) statutory regulations require employers to provide health surveillance for employees who are exposed to health risks at work that could have a negative impact on their health. This could include exposure to noise, vibration, radiation, solvents, fumes, dusts and other hazardous substances. Our health and wellbeing initiatives include a wide range of seminars and webinars on various topics such as mental health awareness, dealing with pressure, healthy eating, menopause, and many others. We also offer basic and comprehensive health checks that presents an excellent way for employees to gain an insight into their current wellbeing and encourage them to make positive lifestyle changes.
Through our partner services there are also Mental Health First Aid Training Courses available. These online or onsite courses, certified by Mental Health First Aid England, are designed to raise the awareness of mental health in the workplace, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and teach attendees how to have confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in emotional distress. Moreover, every month we supply a range of free digital health information brochures covering various health awareness events and topics. The brochures, which offer practical tips and signposting, can be later distributed by e-mail or through an intranet to reach your staff.
